Family Favorite Fajitas





Ingredients:
2 T lemon juice
2 T vegetable oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp chili powder
1-1/2 tsp ground cumin
1-1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 cloves minced garlic
1-1/2 lbs sliced, skinless chicken breasts
3 to 4 T oil
1/2 c sliced onion
1/2 c sliced green onion
1 c sliced bell pepper
8 flour tortillas, warmed
2 avocados, sliced
salsa
sour cream
shredded cheese
sliced black olives

Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients to make a marinade. Combine with sliced chicken and marinate for two hours. Quickly sauté veggies in oil until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Saute marinated meat until done. Toss with veggies.  Spoon into warm tortillas. Top with avocado, salsa, sour cream, cheese and black olives.
